About Our Walkways and Trails

Walkways are constructed from asphalt, concrete, or interlocking brick. They have been used in numerous residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional settings. Walkways are most common in residential projects, recreational projects such as parks and golf courses, as well as commercial settings such as office buildings.

Peninsula Construction has completed a number of multi-purpose trail projects for various municipalities. These projects are challenging as they involve a wide range of terrains and need to incorporate various functions from leisure walking to biking and rollerblading. All three types of walkway materials are used to meet the functional needs of each walkway as well as to provide aesthetic value.

Peninsula Construction provides excavating when necessary, prepares the walkway base using granular products, and then finishes the walkway with the chosen materials.
